We make it easy for you to entertain without all of the work and stress.

First, just call us so that we can discuss your upcoming gathering/ event. 

Just  give us the basics to start: date, time and location of the event, how  many guests you will be expecting, and a little about the occasion being  celebrated.

Next, we will need to know a little bit about what type of dining experience  you are envisioning: plated dinner, passed bites with a cocktail hour, a  drop-off buffet, or a combination of the above? If you're unsure, call  us and we can walk you through it.  We can also discuss the food and any  dietary concerns that you may have.

Finalizing the Reservation

After  our conversation, Chef Justin will get to work on drafting the menu. He  will email you a copy in 1-2 days and we will schedule a time to talk,  so that we we can discuss your thoughts/ feedback. Adjustments are made  to the menu and resubmitted to you for approval. We understand how  important your event is and we will work with you until it is perfect!

Now  that we have an understanding of the menu,  staffing requirements, and  the details of the party,  we can create the bill. Once completed, it  will be submitted to you for your review and approval.  Upon your  satisfaction, you will need to submit a 30% deposit to finalize the  reservation. The deposit is refundable up until 72 hours from the day of  event.

The  day of the party: Chef Justin and his staff will arrive at an agreed  upon time to set-up and begin the preparations. During this time we are  completely available to assist you with any last minute ideas and  details that you may have. 

  During  the event, Chef Justin will be in the kitchen, chatting with you and  your guests about food,  and generally overseeing the event to ensure  that things run smoothly. We love to make everyone happy.

After  the event, our staff will be focused on cleaning and packing. We want  to leave your space spotless. The only trace left behind will be any  remaining leftovers that you would like to save.
