Chef Justin got his start right here on Main st. in Park City while he was still in high school.
After attending college, he decided to pursue his career as a professional chef where he quickly rose through the ranks. He has lead some of the top kitchens in Park City, Aspen, Virginia, and Austin, TX. After spending his last ten years in Austin, he has returned to his adopted home of Park City, UT.
